These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cwconsultants.net (the "Site"), operated by CW Consultants LLC, doing business as Credit Work ("Credit Work," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site Is Informational
The Site, including our free guide "The 730 Blueprint Kit," provides general educational information about credit. It is not legal, financial, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your specific situation. Reading our materials or submitting a form does not create a client relationship with us.
Credit Repair Services
Our credit repair services are provided under a separate written client agreement that complies with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state law, including required disclosures, your right to cancel within three business days without charge, and a description of services and fees. Nothing on the Site modifies that agreement. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific credit score increase or the removal of any particular item; we dispute information that is inaccurate, unverifiable, or unlawfully reported.
Money-Back Guarantee
Our 60-day money-back guarantee, where offered, is described on the Site and in your client agreement: if your credit score has not improved at all after 60 full days of active service, you may cancel and receive a refund of fees paid, subject to the terms of your client agreement. The client agreement controls in the event of any conflict with the Site.
No Guarantee of Results
Testimonials and examples on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the contents and accuracy of your credit file, the conduct of credit bureaus and data furnishers, and other factors outside our control.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using our content or forms for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and our downloadable materials — are owned by CW Consultants LLC and protected by law. You may download our free guide for personal use, but you may not republish, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.
Third-Party Services
The Site links to third-party services, such as our scheduling widget. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CW Consultants LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under CROA or other consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
